MACHINE DEVELOPMENT
Development of the FGL Series
Most conventional press machines face the following problems:
- Long die setup time due to the bolster bed’s deflection of 0.5-0.8mm in the centre
- Rigidity of the machine is not defined
- “Vacuum” created by the springback effect from less breakthrough force, causes “slug” floating which damages the tooling

OUR PRINCIPAL SUPER RIGID FRAME STRUCTURE
- A welded straight side FRAME
- Lower height with a solid one piece cast steel machine bed reduces the total deformation of the frame by
50% compare with other makers - With such rigidity, it reduces the bed deflection and enhances the flatness control of the parts produced
OUR PRINCIPAL SUPER KNUCKLE-LINK MOTION MECHANISM
- Holds the slide for about 45 degrees at the bottom dead center
