CNC Press Brakes:
The Definitive Standard in Precision Bending
Multi-Axis Control. Micron-Level Accuracy. Absolute Predictability.
Moving from manual NC bending to a full CNC setup transforms your shop floor from a labor-dependent operation into a highly predictable production engine.
Traditional NC machines rely on a physical torsion bar to keep the bending beam parallel to the bed. Our curated range of Yangli and GMT CNC Press Brakes utilizes advanced Electro-Hydraulic Synchronization. The CNC controller continuously monitors and independently adjusts the left (Y1) and right (Y2) cylinders via linear scales. This allows for off-center bending, complex conical shapes, and true precision positioning across the entire length of the bed.

The Premium Range: Powered by Yangli
Global engineering tailored strictly to your specific production environment.
HB Series: The Precision Flagship
Engineered for manufacturers who operate in zero-tolerance industries. The HB Series features a sleek, modern, European-inspired facade that houses the absolute highest tier of bending technology. Controlled by the globally renowned Dutch brand, DELEM (featuring the DA53T or DA66T touchscreens), this machine is built for the most complex geometries.
Ideal For: Aerospace component manufacturing, tier-1 automotive parts, and high-precision defense contracting.

KBC Series: The High-Volume Production Workhorse
When your factory floor demands relentless, continuous output, the KBC Series is your dedicated engine. It utilizes a highly robust mechanical deflection compensation system that guarantees a consistent bending angle across thousands of repetitive strokes.
Ideal For: Mass-volume manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment, steel furniture, hospital equipment, cable trays, and electrical enclosures.

MB8 Series: The Heavyweight Powerhouse
Engineered for raw power. Starting at 63 Tonnes, the MB8 Series is the go-to single machine for heavy plate bending, structural steel, and earthmoving equipment components. Furthermore, as your infrastructure contracts grow, two massive MB8 machines can be configured in a "Tandem" setup, synchronizing together to bend high-mast poles and large-scale infrastructure components.

The Value Range: Curated by GMT
Reliable, entry-level CNC performance customized for the South Indian MSME.
GMT EHS Series: The Perfect CNC Upgrade
For fabricators upgrading from manual NC machines, the GMT EHS Series offers true Electro-Hydraulic Synchronous CNC control without the massive capital outlay. It features an intuitive, user-friendly LP54T Touch Screen Controller (with the option to upgrade to the DELEM DA53T) and built-in High Precision Electric Table Crowning, completely eliminating the need for operators to manually “shim” under the dies to achieve an even bend.

Technical Deep Dive: Why These Specs Matter
Deflection Compensation (Crowning)
When you apply massive tonnage, the center of the machine bed naturally bows downward. Crowning pushes the center back up to ensure a perfectly straight bend.
The Hybrid Servo Advantage
In a standard press brake, the main AC motor spins continuously, constantly pumping and heating hydraulic oil. In our hybrid servo-equipped machines like the HB Series, the motor only runs when required, reducing hydraulic oil heating and delivering up to 40% energy savings compared to conventional machines.
GMT Engineers was the first to introduce this award-winning technology to the South Indian market—setting a new industry standard that permanently protects our customers' bottom line.

Frequently Asked Questions
01How can I tell if a machine is a true CNC or an NC machine disguised as a CNC?
Look at the back of the machine. If you see a thick, solid steel bar connecting the left and right cylinders (a Torsion Bar or Torsion Tube), it is an NC machine. Bad actors will often attach two servo motors to this bar, add a screen, and call it a "CNC."
The ultimate test is the Feedback Loop. True CNC machines (like our Yangli and GMT EHS Series) use optical Linear Scales to constantly measure the exact position of the ram and feed that data back to the controller. In a "fake" CNC, if the drive belt connecting the servo motor snaps, the machine has no idea it's broken. It will continue to press unevenly, ruining your job and potentially twisting the frame. A true CNC immediately detects the misalignment via the linear scales, throws a hard alarm, and stops the machine to protect your investment.
02Can I upgrade a GMT EHS machine to more axes later?
The GMT EHS is engineered as a highly stable standard 3-Axis configuration (Y1, Y2, X), with a manually adjustable "R" Axis for jobs requiring it. If your production roadmap includes highly complex tapered bending requiring independent motorized Z1, Z2, or R axes, please bring it to our notice at the beginning of our discussion, we will be able to guide you accordingly. While an existing machine cannot be retrofitted to increase the axes at a later date, an engineer from our side will be able to help you plan for your scale at the very beginning.
