Hydraulic Crowning for Perfect Angles

Variations in material thickness and the natural deflection of the machine frame can cause uneven bends. The HB Series utilizes a Hydraulic Crowning system that enhances accuracy by compensating for positive deflection. Because this system minimizes physical friction and mechanical wear compared to wedge-systems, it ensures uniform bending across the entire workpiece and promotes a minimum 15-year lifespan with virtually zero maintenance.

The Hybrid Servo Advantage

Standard press brakes run their main motors constantly, consuming electricity even when the operator is adjusting a sheet. The HB Series utilizes a Servo Control Main Motor. This ensures power saving as the main machine motor is not functioning during the idle stage.

To withstand the demands of industrial production, the HB Series features robust frames which undergo stress relieving 2 times. This critical thermal process ensures no deflection over the years. The frames are further machined on imported CNC floor boring machines to ensure the longevity of accuracy during production.

What controller does it use?

It is equipped with the industry-leading Delem DA53T or DA66T intelligent controller. This ensures accurate forming solutions with user-friendly programming, allowing for precise control over bending parameters and reducing setup time.

Can it handle complex, multi-stage bends?

Yes. The standard configuration includes Y1, Y2, and X axes, with the option to add additional axes (X1, X2, Z1, Z2, R1, R2) when planned for at purchase, to meet specific bending requirements. This allows for a wide range of bending possibilities.
