Scalable Tonnage and Length: A Platform Built for Growth
The MB8 Series removes the limitations found in standard fabrication. It offers an expansive range of capacities starting at 63 Tonnes (1500mm length) and scaling up to ultra-large standalone models of 2000 Tonnes (12000mm length). Hydraulic Auto-Compensation (Crowning)
Bending long or thick plates naturally causes the machine beam to deflect. The MB8 fights back with a Hydraulic vaulted back-off system. A series of hydraulic cylinders push upward to match the deflection curve of the upper ram, ensuring your angle is perfect from end to end.
The Tandem Capability (Multi-Machine Sync)
When a single machine is no longer enough, the MB8 Series can be configured to achieve tandem or multi-press-brake synchronization.
Optimized Installation
For our standard MB8 models, the machine frame is designed so that a foundation pit is not needed. This speeds up installation and reduces civil costs.

Ultra-large tonnages and tandem setups do require foundation pits based on manufacturer drawings to ensure structural integrity.

Precision Synchronization
The MB8 features two hydraulic cylinders controlled by highly responsive electrohydraulic servo valves. The controller monitors the ram position constantly. If one side lags by even a micron, the servo valves instantly adjust oil flow to correct it, ensuring absolute parallelism even under off-center loads.
The Brain: DELEM Control
The MB8 is powered by industry-standard controllers from Holland. Choose from the DELEM DA 53TX, DA58T, or the advanced 17" DA66T touch-screen systems. These provide graphical programming, automatically calculating the bend sequence and backgauge position needed for your specific material.
Rigid Frame Construction
The machine frame is welded from heavy steel plate and undergoes a rigorous thermal annealing process to relieve internal stresses. This critical structural treatment ensures the frame never "relaxes" or warps, maintaining absolute geometric stability even under extreme tonnage throughout its lifetime.
Following initial machining with minimum stock, the frame is tempered a second time to eliminate machining-induced and residual welding stresses. To guarantee absolute precision from the very start, the bodies are then finished on world-class CNC floor boring machines such as PAMA and OKUMA, to establish the machine's geometrical accuracy at the foundational level.
Tandem Configuration: When One Machine Isn't Enough
The MB8 Series can be configured in Tandem mode, linking two machines to act as a single, unified workstation. This enables bending of ultra-long components like 12m lighting poles and massive infrastructure elements.
